This is what the theatre will look like to accommodate Covid restrictions
Keeping You Safe
We will be randomly checking the temperature of all our guests. If someone is found to be fever-ish, we will ask them to stay at home and come back another time.
All of our staff, except for those who are medically exempt, will be wearing face masks to protect themselves, and you, and we ask that you do the same.
We are required to keep a register of all our customers so, if anyone tests positive, we’ll be able to let you know so that you can take precautions. The NHS app can be downloaded here.
We will be monitoring how many people are in our building, and where they are, and restricting access when social distancing becomes difficult to manage.
We encourage all our guests to wash their hands frequently, and have installed hand sanitiser stations throughout Riverside to help.
Showing symptoms? Feeling unwell? Please stay at home - we want you to get better and join us soon. We’ll still be here in 14 days, promise.
We have set up pathways through the building to minimise contact with others as you move from one part to another - please observe the signs.
We have contracted more cleaners to constantly monitor the building and make sure our public spaces and bathrooms are frequently wiped down and cleaned.
Yes, we all love to be closer to people but there is a time and place for that - and that’s not here or now! Please keep your distance to at least 1m, and stay within your bubbles of no more than six people. We’ll be observing bubbles as we allocate seats in our cinema - so while you may not be able to chose your own seat, you’ll know it is a safe one!
No orders will be taken in our Bar & Kitchen beyond 10pm. Some films and productions may extend to beyond 10pm, though, provided they start before the cutoff time so we won’t be kicking you out before the credits roll.
