"She takes her top off
Her breasts -
Her beautiful breasts in front of me,
One slightly bigger than the other,
I burst out crying."
Plunging into the mind of a young actor after a very public meltdown, Bad Sex is a character study of a lost boy trying to piece his life together as he navigates the promising acting career he may have ruined, the coke habit he can't afford, and the chaotic sex life he no longer enjoys.
Loosely based on real events, Bad Sex paints a portrait of the artist as a young man adrift in a city that never sleeps. Liam is a young American actor in the middle of a long West End run when, exacerbated by alcohol and drug abuse, past trauma and unchecked male privilege catch up with him, prompting him to walk off-stage mid-performance in a very public breakdown.
