Led by Psychonaut’s leaders Arielle Zilkha and Francesca Fatichenti, this workshop is tailored for multidisciplinary artists who are not only navigating creative collaborations but also balancing their artistic pursuits with the administrative demands of working in a company.
Whatever your discipline, this session offers a practical approach to working with others creatively while managing the realities of organizational and artistic responsibilities. We will delve into the complexities of artistic collaboration through reflective exercises, group discussions, and dramaturgical feedback. Together, we’ll tackle challenges such as balancing artistic visions with administrative priorities, aligning creative goals across teams, and structuring collaborative projects, all while building a deep understanding of cross-disciplinary practice.
You’ll leave with practical advice and actionable strategies for collaboration, and a clearer path to realizing your creative practice.
