Already something of an EastLondon institution OneTrackMinds has been running at Wilton's Music Hall since 2016, and is best described as an engaging cross between Desert Island Discs, TED Talks and The Moth.
The format is very simple. At each show, we ask a selection of storytellers to share a story about one song that has changed their life.
Then we play that song to our audience.
"This show is a London institution waiting to happen" - Erica Buist.
For Bitesize Festival 2023, we're bringing the very best of OneTrackMinds to Riverside Studios for two very special shows.
On Saturday July 15th, we have a full lineup made up of some of our favourite MainStage storytellers from the past few years. Featuring stories from Rhik Samadder, Hatty Ashdown, Nell Frizzell, Joseph Baker and Sharon Ford.
On Sunday July 16th, we're proud to present three brand-new storytellers, graduates of our Hidden Tracks storytelling workshop, sharing their stories of life-changing in front of an audience for the very first time. Featuring stories from Jen Barley, Ian Braid and Anna Cupani.
Take your pick, or come to both shows! Either way, we can guarantee that you'll laugh, you'll cry and you'll almost certainly find yourself dancing in the aisles...
"OneTrackMinds is like stepping into a warm bath" - Vanessa Kissuule.
