Remembering Jeff Beck - A Masterclass and Concert 

Beckmaster Guitarist and Pedagogue Guy D’Angelo hails from New York City and he treats us to an insight into the masterwork recordings and legendary technique of, Jeff Beck, one of the most influential and groundbreaking musicians of the post war epoch, hailed as one of the greatest, if not THE greatest of all time! 

Guy will be joined by fellow Beckexperts, with guitars played by Jeff Beck himself, and possibly the Gibson Yardburst Jeff Beck Les Paul, culminating in a concert that focuses on the seminal and evocative Truth album by The Jeff Beck Group that is considered to be the birth of British Blues, Progressive Rock and of course Led Zeppelin, two of whom recorded the album with Jeff. 

The masterclass is open to all as part of the concert ticket price and we also hope to show some film extracts and perhaps have a Beckola vegetarian curry such as Jeff used to at his favourite curry house The Standard Indian in Westbourne Grove. 

This is one of three masterclasses in the Riverside Guitarnation Festival which are open to all concertgoers but guitar-carrying Riverside visitors enjoy free priority entry.
