Adult Wellbeing Through Humour Workshop

Fri 24 Apr 2026 11:00

This playful, creative workshop explores how humour, self-expression and silliness can boost confidence and wellbeing. Using fun exercises from stand-up, improvisation, clown and storytelling, we’ll experiment with finding joy, connecting with others and expressing ourselves through comedy.

No performance experience is needed—just curiosity, openness and a willingness to try something new (and be a bit silly!).

Please wear comfortable clothes for movement, and bring a notepad and pen.

This is a taster for a longer workshop series planned for the summer. If you can’t make this one but would like to join future sessions—or have any questions—email [javascript protected email address].
