Are you aged between 18 and 25? Do you enjoy theatre, comedy, music and live performance? Have you ever considered being someone who writes, blogs, vlogs or tweets about these passions of yours but you haven’t quite made a start at it yet? Well, join the Riverside Young Critics for this year’s Bitesize Festival!
We plan to assemble a group of up to eight young people who will have the opportunity to see every production in this year’s festival. We would ask that they write a 150-200 word review of at least 6 of the shows that they see for publication on the Riverside Studios website and that they’re available to gather together to chose a ‘Young Critics Award’ winner as part of the Bitesize Awards 2023.
The Young Critics will also have the opportunity to meet members of the various industries and disciplines involved in this year’s Festival, to give them the guidance and inspiration they need to develop their critical faculties.
