Riverside Studios operates on a show-by-show basis. Details will be provided in the online booking section for each individual show and will be available upon request from our Box Office staff.
Under normal circumstances, Riverside Studios does not offer ticket refunds; however, we want to ensure people feel confident in returning to theatre and cinema so we will offer an exchange to a different performance under exceptional circumstances. Due to Government COVID-19 restrictions, we will be processing full exchanges and refunds if we are forced to cancel performances.
In light of changes to government COVID-19 guidance and restrictions, Riverside Studios reserves the right to make changes and cancel advertised programme at any time. Exchanges will be issued to those who have booked tickets through our Box Office.
Riverside Studios is not liable for any third-party ticket errors and will be unable to refund or exchange tickets purchased via ticket agents.
Riverside Studios will not take responsibility for the validity of tickets purchased from unauthorised agents or other sources.
Riverside Studios reserves the right to make alterations to the advertised programme at any time and without advance notice. We cannot take responsibility for any cast illness, injury or appearance of a cast member etc. We can only refund or change tickets if we cancel the event completely.
Riverside Studios and event promoters are not liable for any personal travel, accommodation or hospitality arrangements made relating to the event or the cancellation of any event. If an event is cancelled, we will return the total value of your tickets, including any booking fees as soon as reasonably possible.
A valid ticket, digital or physical, must be produced to get into an event. Removing any part of, altering or defacing the ticket may invalidate your ticket. It is the responsibility of the attendee to ensure your order/tickets are correct, and to contact us immediately if there is a mistake. Riverside Studios will not be responsible for any issues that occurred as result of the booker’s mistake. Any known issues with your order that have occurred as a result of the venue will be communicated to you as soon as reasonably possible.
Riverside Studios operates a “Babes in arms” policy. Babies and very young children aged 18 months or under are granted entry to a performance without a ticket, provided they are then seated in the lap of their accompanying adult and do not take up a seat for themselves.
Concessions are entitled to a discount on some performances. Riverside Studios offers concessionary rates to: full-time students, under 16s,persons over the age of 60, the unemployed with proof of receipt of benefits, and those with a disability who require a complimentary carer ticket. Proof of identity and concession entitlement (e.g. valid ID showing age and/or student status) may be required before receiving your tickets and/or admission into the event.
The management reserves the right to refuse admission to and/or eject any person appearing to be intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, or otherwise behaving dangerously or inappropriately. No refunds will be given under these circumstances.
We reserve the right to require you to prove your age with appropriate photographic ID if you are going to a 12A, 15, 18 film or purchasing an alcoholic drink. If you are unable to prove your age you will be not be able to watch the film or buy an alcoholic drink. We reserve the right to ask for such proof at any time you are on our premises.
Children under 12 can be admitted to films classified as 12A but only if accompanied by an adult (i.e. someone over the age of 18).
Riverside Studios reserves the right to provide alternative seats at an event to those specified on the ticket, should the event production/staging require it. Alternative seating will be of a similar standard and will be no less than the face value stated on your ticket.
Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions will make your ticket and transaction void.
