Our Parent and Baby screenings are for adults to enjoy the latest films with their babies, in a relaxed atmosphere with gentler lighting and sound. Screenings are for babies of 24 months or under. One or more adults can accompany a baby, but adults without a baby in their party will not be admitted. All patrons other than babies must have a ticket. We have plenty of space in our cinema foyer for your buggy. For health and safety reasons, we cannot allow buggies inside the cinemas. Beset with personal and professional problems, George Bailey finds his previously happy life falling apart around him on Christmas Eve. Seeing no way out, George considers suicide from the edge of a bridge - but Clarence, his guardian angel, intervenes and shows George what his beloved hometown of Bedford Falls would be like without him.
"A crisis in housing, a racist ruling class and a struggle against a hideous ego-plutocrat who names everything after himself – this 1946 classic still resonates"- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guardian.
Shocked by what he sees and at the unforeseen circumstances of his absence, George reconsiders and begs Clarence to return him to the problems of the present and the loving community he has fostered throughout his life.
