When her irresponsible younger sister, Dotty, turns up on her doorstep after 50 years suggesting a road trip, Rose only agrees to go out of a morbid curiosity to see how the other half lives.
But after a week without a decent cuppa and Dotty's incessant lectures about the need to make hay while the sun shines and lemonade when life hands you lemons, Rose regrets leaving Little Waddington.
Just when she thinks things can't get any worse, Dotty reveals the real reason behind their trip.
Our story begins on the last day of their trip, with Rose demanding,
"When will the universe learn I really don't care for effing lemonade?"
Lemons is written and directed by Barry Johns, a member of Riverside Studios' own Riverscribes Workshop.
