We're pleased to welcome Pilates instructor Tara Brown to lead these sessions.
Pilates focuses on mind & body awareness. Following Joseph Pilates' original method, the incorporation of controlled, flowing movements with an emphasis on breath work are used to improve strength, mobility and alignment and will leave participants feeling stronger, balanced and more flexible in their bodies. Carefully constructed classes designed by Tara Brown will make these classes enjoyable, engaging and suitable for all abilities.
