Rad has recorded six albums. He has worked with renowned producers including Allen Toussaint and Clive Langer/Winstanley.
Maxim Rad will be performing his latest album Muddy Island Glitch alongside material from his back catalogue, blending traditional song writing with glitch-driven electronics, the Malian ngoni and layered vocal textures. The music bridges traditional roots and forward looking experimentation making for a groovy dance that slowly pulls you into a trance.
Rad will perform as a solo act, bringing an intimate and evolving dimension to the work.
