Sherry Jazz

Come and join us for An Evening With Chet Baker, the much-loved Prince of Cool Jazz, brought to you by The Sherry Jazz Ensemble. The band combines long experience with fresh young talent, featuring Ronnie Scott’s old pal Dave Davies on drums and piano professor Marc Mengen on piano, Royal Academy talent Guy Dempsey on bass, occasional New York star Magnus Pickering on trumpet, and fronted by the lovely Nini Pei on vocals.  The band plays in the EFG London Jazz Festival, and its members appear regularly in venues around the world. Let the svelte tones of Nini and the silver horn of Magnus whisk you back to the golden age of the fifties with a selection of Chet Baker’s greatest jazz hits. See you there.
