When immature artist David (Divian Ladwa) finds out his girlfriend Martha (Kerry Fitzgerald) is pregnant, his manhood falls off and starts talking to him. To get it reattached, David and his manhood must work together to complete a bizarre five-step programme entitled ‘Time to Grow Up.’ David and his manhood struggle their way through the five challenges. They have to resist the sexual advances of a chimeric temptress, whilst further confronting a series of absurd characters including the titular 6 foot tall Man Baby. They lose more body parts along the way and also their sense of identity. How can David change to accommodate others without losing his sense of self? With his manhood and other body parts falling off, who even is he? As the gang near completion of the programme they achieve a level of maturity and seem to be at peace with these questions. However, the giant baby kidnaps Martha, and David has to face one final challenge; to destroy Man Baby once and for all.
