A Fable
Wed 29 Jul - Sat 1 Aug 2026
In A Fable, three familiar stories unravel and reshape before your eyes.
A loyal dog is killed in a moment of misjudgment. A wolf repays kindness with cruelty. A ruler parades in invisible clothes while an entire society pretends not to see. As characters reappear and stories shift, truth becomes unstable, and morality begins to slip.
Using suitcase puppetry, object transformation, and striking visual storytelling, A Fable invites audiences into a world where the same figures return in different roles — victim, witness, and accomplice.
Playful, unsettling, and darkly humorous, the performance asks:
If everyone can see the truth, why does no one speak?
