Nsimba Foggis & Taxi Pata Pata
Combine the beat of the bush with the heat of the city and are one of the Uk's best loved African bands, led by the inimitable Nsimba Foggis (as sweet a voice as you would never hope to find -Wire).
Playing Congolese Rumba, dance music of the Democratic Republic of Congo (formely Zaire) + UK massive style -as sharp as ever! The irrepressible rippling and sizzling guitar, elastic bass, precision yet intuitive drumming infused with Afro/Caribbean influences and seasoned with a London vibe, creating an irresistible party atmosphere. "
Nsimba Foggis and Taxi Pata Pata were the first UK based African band to get a BBC Radio One live session and took Andy Kershaw's then show by storm.
No Wahala Sound Orchestra
The Orchestra play an eclectic mix of World Music, with inspirations from Sub-Saharan African Music, Arabic Music, Gypsy Music, Folk, Blues/Jazz. All compositions performed are original, with bandleader Johnny Mooney (bass guitar), Paul Carey (drums), Ania Nizio (vocals),Ian Solomon (guitar), Iyaz Awan(Percussion)

Singer/song writer Paul Smith comes to the stage with his group:Ibi Idowu(Sax),Sally Teasdale(Vocal),Rob(Bass),Peter Garvey (Piano) and unique guest performer Michael Howell;who is a seminal blessed up and coming classical/jazz singing pianist and vocal explorer. Original music with acoustic and classical overtones will be shared in an unique musical presentation.
