Riverside Studios are delighted to bring to you our next DOCTOR WHO episode showcase! Riverside was crucial to the early filming of DOCTOR WHO in its 'classic era', and this celebratory showcase focuses on another of the Doctor's inimitable enemies - The Cybermen - with a complete second Doctor (Patrick Troughton) serial being shown: TOMB OF THE CYBERMEN.

Doctor Who writers and episode lineup curators Gavin Rymill and James Goss will introduce each Cyber episode, providing a brief watcher's guide, then offer up a quick "post-show post-mortem" before introducing the next episode, with a final Q&A after the last episode in the showcase.

EPISODE LINEUP

The Tomb of the Cybermen Episode 1 - 1967-09-02

The Tomb of the Cybermen Episode 2 - 1967-09-09

The Tomb of the Cybermen Episode 3 - 1967-09-16

The Tomb of the Cybermen Episode 4 - 1967-09-23

Gavin Rymill is a writer, researcher and digital creator who has worked on the Doctor Who range for nearly 20 years. He sculpted 70 monsters for the figurine collection, illustrated the TARDIS and Dalek manuals and built sets and props for The Evil of the Daleks animation. In his spare time he reconstructs missing episodes and counts the screws on Daleks with Jon Green. His favourite flavour of Dalek is Exxilon.

James Goss has written a number of Doctor Who books, produces audio dramas. He once wrote a collection of Doctor Who poetry with Russell T Davies and wrote a book with Tom Baker. His most treasured possession is a copy of The Dalek Book from 1965.
