In his new female-lead feature, Ernestas Jankauskas explores the stigmatised theme of anxiety and panic attacks in a visually exciting and expressionistic way. At the centre of the film is Maria, a charismatic neuroscientist, who upon return home is faced with numerous challenges that cause her world to collapse and her to enter a new, frightening and dark dimension.
Following this screening there will be a Q&A with director Ernestas Jankauskas, who has directed over 40 award winning commercials. His short film, “The Queen of England Stole My Parents”, won best short movie award at the Lithuanian Film Awards.
