This class targets those who, for whatever reason, desire a less cardio heavy/jumpy workout. Dancercise as we know it is a 50 minute mash up of everyone’s favourite songs, and you simply dance as if you’re with your friends on the dance floor at a party. Truly. Anna’s Low Impact Class maintains the same ethos and energy, same glorious songs, rewarding you with the same dancing fix, but without the jumping.
Aimed at those who are slightly older, injured, or quite frankly just wanting something a little more gentle, this is your class.
No previous dance experience required. Come and join the family of judgement-free exercise lovers who adore to just move their bodies because they can!
