This class is about feeling good in your body while learning to move better. With a relaxed atmosphere, good music, clear guidance, and enough repetition to get you active and ‘get’ the moves, you’ll leave feeling energised, more confident, and connected to your body.
Whether you’re new to dance or have some experience, this class meets you where you’re at. We’ll cover foundational movement principles as well as more advanced ones and break things down in a way that makes sense, building up progressively. It’s about building skill without the pressure.
We draw from contemporary dance, street styles, hip hop, and improvisation elements to help you improve body awareness and move with more ease and skill -both in class and in everyday life.
