Creative classes for kids are back, this time they’re taking place in person at Riverside Studios.
So put your laptops away and join community organisation, the Lumi Foundation for Saturday morning sessions designed to spark your children’s imagination and get them moving!
Each weekly session will explore myths from around the world through a mix of yoga, drama games and story-telling. These incredible stories of heroes, Gods, monsters and magical creatures will inspire your child’s creativity, confidence, co-ordination and communication. Battle the minotaur, outwit a witch or even create your own sea monster. Each week is a different adventure.
Led by Gemma Fairlie of Lumi Foundation, an award-winning theatre director, actress and yoga teacher, with over 15 years of working with children in education. Gemma will draw on her background with the Royal Shakespeare Company, the National Theatre and the New Vic Theatre, and experience of teaching yoga, to create fun, interactive sessions that inspire, educate and encourage children to have fun while building confidence, making friends and enhancing their skills.
