These flowing yoga classes have a dynamic set of postures that connect movement to breath, nourishing mind, body and spirit. You'll build strength and flexibility in your body, learn to focus and quieten your mind, while relaxing and rejuvenating your whole self. Expect to feel revitalised, energised and filled with a sense of possibility. Suitable for all levels - with plenty of modifications given to assist you.
Riverside Studios can provide yoga mats for in-person yoga on Thursday evenings, but we do encourage that participants bring their own where possible due to a limited number of spare mats.
NB: Dive In Members must book ahead for these classes to guarantee a place.
