GO FOR BROKE Theatre company presents the ‘STAY SHARP’ Actor Workshop

We welcome professional actors to come fine tune their skills, work and collaborate with other industry professionals with a particular focus on screen acting, to ensure they remain at the top of their game prepared for that next job/ audition. Stay ready, stay creative, stay SHARP!

The industry professional that will be running this workshop is Glaswegian actor DAVID CARLYLE. You may know David's work from his time portraying Gloria in Channel 4's multi BAFTA winning hit, It's a Sin (David was also BAFTA nominated for a best supporting actor in this role), or BBC's BAFTA winning comedy Dinosaur. As well as roles in Screw, Casualty, Lip Service and Bodyguard. More recently David can be seen in the sensational film from Sony, I SWEAR.

David has currently been working with major networks and streaming platforms as a writer, being commissioned for some very exciting projects. David also has ample experience as an acting tutor/coach, working with drama schools in and around London.
