Sweet sounds of the south started as a blues evening but has expanded to much more than that. It remains a recurring fundraising event at riverside studios, produced by Evol Creation and Global Mosaic Foundation, a global arts fundraising company dedicated to funding art by making art.
Sweet Sounds Special Guest is acclaimed singer-songwriter Harry Collier best known for his work with arena rockers Faithless and in his own band KUBB selling half a million records and selling out two consecutive nights at Shepherds Bush Empire with Paolo Nutini in support who got discovered on a Kubb tour and the Kubb band became Paolo's band.
We also have Singer/songwriter Sean Alexander, a 22-year-old. Specializing in fingerstyle acoustic guitar, Sean's performances showcase a unique and captivating sound that beautifully accompanies his soulful voice. With his debut single featured on BBC Introducing, he is now dedicated to expanding his audience by performing at festivals and local open mic events. Instagram: @musicbyseanalexander
