A1: Our website has two places to log in - and if you are experiencing this issue, chances are you're trying to log in in the wrong place.
If you registered or purchased a ticket for a streaming show, then you need to IGNORE the login link at the top of our website. That won't work, and it won't let you reset your password.
Simply go to the show page you want to watch, most likely one of these three:
Once on the page, scroll down until you see the blue heading that says “Live Stream Tickets and Access”
IF you see a message that says “Premium content will be available starting…” then you are logged in and good to go – after 6pm on the day you have booked for you just need to refresh the page and you will see the stream.
IF you see the video player with a looped video of Eddie running and being interviewed, with a countdown clock, then it is after 6pm and that’s the pre-show video – you’re good to go, and need to do nothing else....the show will start at 7pm
IF you see a picture of Eddie and, below that, a blue button that says “Choose Date and Book Now” then you need to log in. You can do so by clicking, just below that, the grey link that says “Already have access? Login with your account.” If you click on that you can log in with the email address and password (or reset your password) and the video will start running
A2 Firstly check that you are copying and pasting the voucher correctly - making sure not to include the space before or after the code. If that still doesn't work, please email [javascript protected email address] with a copy of your purchase receipt for the voucher, we will investigate and get back to you asap
A3 The tickets for the shows are all valid up until 6pm on the day AFTER the date on the ticket. If you missed all or part of the show, you will be able to watch it in its entirety up until the time your ticket expires.
You'll have to wait, though, for the live show to finish and then give us about 10 minutes to prepare the recorded show for you....so the recording is usually ready from about 8:15pm (UK time) each night.
And also bear in mind that the recording is of our full live stream - so the first hour is a looped "waiting room" video with a countdown that you can just skip through using the player controls.
