Tony Lankester joined Riverside as General Manager in October 2019 having spent 12 years as CEO of South Africa's National Arts Festival where he led the team that produced Africa's largest annual arts event. Prior to that, with a degree in Journalism, his career spanned corporate marketing, communications and sponsorship for financial services group, Old Mutual, and working at South Africa's national radio station SAfm as Marketing Manager, Presenter and Producer.
As well as being the Creative Consultant of Riverside, Rachel is Creative Director and co-CEO of the Arts Theatre in Cambridge. Rachel has worked extensively in both the commercial and not-for-profit sectors as a producer and CEO. Recently she worked for ATG Productions, Chichester Festival Theatre and before that was Director of English Touring Theatre. Rachel is a director of Harper Tackley whose current and recent clients include Arts Council England, Pitlochry Festival Theatre, The Glasshouse, Nottingham Playhouse, Manchester International Festival, SOLT/UK Theatre, Malvern Theatres, Delfont MacIntosh, Royal Borough of Greenwich, Cambridge Arts Theatre, WKCDA in Hong Kong, Birmingham Rep and Troxy. Rachel sits on the Board of Lyric Hammersmith Productions and is Acting Chair of Bretforton Grange Estate.
