Dracula: 4K Restoration

Hammer Films / Kaleidoscope Entertainment in partnership with Warner Bros resurrects the classic horror DRACULA in a landmark new 4K restoration featuring long-lost footage unseen for over 60 years!

This landmark 4K restoration from original film elements reinstates footage that was believed missing for more than six decades and was previously seen only by audiences attending the film’s original Japanese theatrical release in 1958. The recovered material has never been released before in the UK. It’s the cut the censors tried to bury.

A landmark in Gothic horror, Dracula cemented Hammer Films' reputation as the leading force in modern horror cinema and introduced audiences worldwide to Christopher Lee's definitive interpretation of Bram Stoker's immortal vampire. Opposite Peter Cushing's fearless Van Helsing, Lee brought a terrifying physicality and seductive menace to the role that would redefine the Count for generations.
