We're delighted to be running two themed mindfulness sessions, led by Dina Dimou, accredited mindfulness coach and social psychologist.
Sunday 25 June:
Our theme for this month's mindfulness workshop is 'gratitude.' We'll explore ways to appreciate the obvious things that we often take for granted, and we'll learn a 'kindness meditation'. Bring pen and paper for journalling and wear loose clothing for some very gentle mindful movement!
Sunday 16 July:
The theme for this month's mindfulness workshop is 'Acceptance: be with what it is'. We often spend a lot of time trying to resolve a problem or wish for things to be different. What if we 'stay with what it is' instead? We'll learn the 'acceptance' meditation and do very gentle mindful movement (please wear loose clothing.)
