Two chairs. A projector. And a series of increasingly strange instructions.

We do what we are told. But why? 

Take a Seat explores copying, imitation and obedience. Using a sequence of bizarre and weirdly specific stock images, two performers attempt to recreate each as precisely as possible. As the copying continues, awkward encounters, fleeting relationships, and unexpected stories begin to arise. Blending movement, mime, voice, and minimal technology, the piece plays with how narratives are formed: not through fixed storytelling, but through the audience's own interpretation.

To what extent are we willing to follow? Will you obey the instructions should they be given to you?
